[Ntop] internet bandwidth usage per ip address

Hello

10 users connecting wirelessly to a mikrotik rb411ar access point

how can i use ntop to monitor users internet bandwidth usage in a
(relatively) easy way ie not have to add and subtract info; like the
usage repports your ISP makes availabe?

Id like to then be able to make this info view-able (but not editable)
to users on the network via a login page

do i need to use cacti with ntop for this?

currently using ipcop with traffic control and reports add-on to
monitor their internet usage and send email addon to email them daily
usage reports

have been advised to use a layer 3 (network layer) monitoring tool to
capture / count the packets...

any help very welcome
