[Ntop] Maximum number of netflow interfaces?

Ps: instead of that many IFs per instance, I would recommend multiple instances with a "reasonable" number of interfaces each - with a "reasonable" number of flow exporters per interface. Try to balance the number of hosts/session if you can, such that one instance doesn't see 100K hosts while another only sees 500.

Hmmmm 400? Can’t answer that. I obviously haven’t reviewed every line of code (but getting closer!) but don’t recall a hard limit. There might be something in globals-defines.h to limit “all” types of interfaces to 32 or something like that? There IS a hard limit on the reports that shows you the netflow exporters? It’s 16 per interface. I have some that use mid twenties per interface so I changed this in recompiled - blam, no prob.

I have not looked in the source code to see if there is a hard limit, but I haven’t found the answer in any FAQ. Is there a maximum limit to the number of netflow interfaces that can be configured in ntop? I’ve tried 20 or so, but what if I wanted to set up 400?
