[Ntop] ntop 3.3.10 compilation error

Dear list, 
 
The problem is when I compiled the ntop 3.3.10, I got the following error while running the autogen.sh. I have spent over 1 week to figure out what was happened, but no answer. Appreciated if you could give me some hints on it. 
 
./configure: line 5147: LTOPTIONS_VERSION: command not found
./configure: line 5148: LTSUGAR_VERSION: command not found
./configure: line 5149: LTVERSION_VERSION: command not found
./configure: line 5150: LTOBSOLETE_VERSION: command not found
checking for a sed that does not truncate output... /bin/sed
./configure: line 5227: syntax error near unexpected token `lt_decl_varnames,'
./configure: line 5227: `lt_if_append_uniq(lt_decl_varnames, SED, , ,'
