[Ntop] Running ntop on Solaris

Dear all,
I've finally built ntop. It has not been simple as Solaris is somehow  
a strange beast. I have committed the fixes to CVS so you can also  
build ntop yourself. This is what you should do:
- install all the GNU toolchain (I've no access to the Solaris  
compiler, so I used the GNU toolchain)
- compile libpcap as shared library and delete any libpcap.a file.  
When you type ./configure you will see a warning that explains you  
all the steps

Done this you should be able to compile and run ntop yourself.
