[Ntop] SuSe 10.2 Running on ETH1

Have two nics provisioned in interfaces but eth1 is the live nic, where is the init.cfg file located in SuSe 10.2 for NTOP interfaces, the only nic showing in configuration is eth0...??

Also want to load Ruby Rails on machine but notice that it also wants port 3000 how do I rectify this...???
