Hi Franco,

First, make sure your emails are plain text. People aren't going to love
the RTF format.

On the Windows thing, the rational is that Luca et al. need to recoup
the costs of developing on Windows. Remember, these are guys who
normally wouldn't use Windows. And it's a PITA to do it on Windows as
well.

The source code is freely available. Compile it yourself if you don't
want to pay for someone to do it for you.
