It should work. System clock isn't involved. Although some of the timing
dependent things are disabled.
Random idea: Check that purge isn't running. It's not supposed to, but
that's one thing that would wipe out the detailed data. You may want to set
-t 5 and see if there's anything in the log. Otherwise, look at the stats
in textinfo.html.

Hi,
I am trying to run ntop with a tcpdump capture file as the source, rather
than a network interface. Ntop appears to run OK, and it successfully reads
in all of the packets in the file from what I can see on one of the summary
pages.
However _all_ of the analysis pages have no data in them.
I thought this may be due to a timing issue, so I set my system clock to a
time during the capture time period, and in another test just after the
capture time period, but neither works.
Am I missing something here, or is this functionality deprecated?
