[Ntop] Generating Alarms/Traps

Hi all

Does NTOP have tyhe abliity to generate a alarm or a SNMP trap when certain thresholds have been exceeded - for example i use ntop to monitor my companies WAN link to our corporate backbone - and i have serveral users that "HOG" or abuse the link 

when this happens i have to manually go look who (what IP address) is the "TOP talker/throughput" can i get ntop to warm me on such an occurance ? automatically
