[Ntop] Force DNS Resolution

I've installed NTOP on Windows and have a question about DNS resolution.

I've had the server up for a couple of days and everything is working
fine.  This morning, I added entries into the local HOSTS file so the
server would resolve the IP addresses into host names.  It looks as is
NTOP is not automatically refreshing the IP entries with host names.  I
have the proper setting (default) within NTOP for it to resolve names
via DNS.

Is there a way to force NTOP to look for a new entry in the local HOSTS
file after traffic has already been learned from the device?  I'd rather
not have to restart the service if that's my only option.
