Log:
Removed bloom filters and replaced with precise filters (documentation will follow).
Updated code to support kernel 2.6.22 (courtesy of Hitoshi Irino <irino at sfc.wide.ad.jp>)
Updated libpfring/pfcount.c in order to support the above enhancements.
